21 Days to Start a Habit

So I’ve read a few places that it takes 21 days to start a habit.

In September 2009, I decided that I would start eating some fresh fruit every day. It could be bananas with cereal, an apple, some pre-cut pineapple, or whatever. I’m doing pretty well at this one.

In October 2009, I finally started to exercise, hopefully regularly again. My friend David has been tracking his crazy cross-fit exercise schedule on his blog. So I thought maybe it’s better to track my exercise publicly, in the hopes that I’ll do it consistently. We’ll see.

(And for the record, it’s darn close who chose the iNove theme first, but we did choose it independently. All I can say for certain is that Tom’s a copycat.)
