Exercising on my last trip…

Every week I report on my “bike” riding for the week–I usually get 2-4 rides in per week. But what happens when I travel for a week and don’t stay in hotels that have gyms (not that I use them for some reason, but that’s a different story)?

Well, usually I end up forgoing the exercise.

Thankfully on my last trip I managed to do something different…I actually got exercise! Mostly walking about.

Here’s a chart I found online, I’m not sure I believe it, but it’s a number. The columns represent different weights 130 lbs, 150 lbs, 190 lbs and the calories expended for 1 hour of activity.

Walking Calories

I’ve entered the distance and calorie counts as part of my regular reports for the weeks of March 14 and March 21.[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
