Thanks TMobile

I signed up for a TMobile WiFi account on my trip through Frankfurt to India during the summer. I was given a “choice” to let them use my contact information to inform me about Deutsche Telekom products.

No choice, choice

It looks like a check box, problem is it’s really a radio button styled as a check box and permanently checked. So I had no choice but to allow them to send me emails–that’s not a choice. Guess that’s how they get around the European privacy directives. Appearance of choice is not choice.[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
