Colonel Rich Graham flew the SR-71 Blackbird for many years. He has been giving presentations related to his experiences all over the country. His biography and information are at www.habu.org/graham/.

The SR-71 was designed and built in the early 1960's by Kelly Johnson and his team at Lockheed's 'Skunk Works' in Southern California. The airplane flew at speeds in excess of mach 3 and altitudes higher than 80,000 feet. The Blackbird still holds official speed records for jet engine aircraft.
