About the Speaker:
Mr. Bourgart is a transportation planner and government affairs manager for Parsons Brinckerhoff Quade & Douglas, Inc. the largest transportation planning and engineering firm in the United States. Jim has recently conducted public outreach and consensus-building processes for several public transportation agencies. Previously, Jim was the vice-president for transportation and air quality issues for the transportation and air-quality issues for the Bay Area Council, a regional business association in the Bay Area. He also served on the staff of the California State Legislature and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Jim has degrees in political science from Columbia University and Stanford University. He has been a board of directors' member of Californians for Better Transportation and the Coalition for Project Delivery.

Menu (choice of):
1. Chicken Caesar Salad
2. English Fillet Sole, tartar sauce, boiled potato, mixed vegetables
3. German Sausage Platter, German roasted potatoes, red cabbage and sauerkraut.
All dinners include: main entree, German potato salad, green salad, German bread and butter, dessert, and coffee or tea.

6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Dinner
7:30 - 8:30 p.m. Presentation
