Take a Nebula, Condense and Stir
Norm Sperling
Wednesday, September 15, 1999 - 6:00 - 9:00 PM

Learn how stars, planets, comets, asteroids, moons and meteorites all come from the same recipe. Most of their differences come from the processes they undergo, their mass and how hot they got inside. Norm Sperling presents a lively description to explain the processes and distinctions for these heavenly bodies.

About the Speaker: Norm teaches astronomy at Sonoma State, Merrit College, and UC Berkeley. He lectures at the Morrison Planetarium. He is the current editor of Bay Area Skeptics, has published numerous articles and provided expert testimony on the subject.
