Exercise–Week of November 28, 2010

I’m traveling again this week, I did a ride on Monday, just to make myself feel better. And managed to do a walk on Tuesday.

Tuesday, November 30, 2010: Walking, 5.97 miles, 597 calories (delta: 3.97/397)

This is done on my Schwinn 231 Recumbent Exercise Bike.

A “normal” day of walking is ~1.8-2 miles and 170-185 calories (for the deltas I use 2 miles and 200 calories to be conservative).
