Proactive Communication – Another Reason to Like Tivo

This summer with the looming conversion of television from analog to digital, Tivo proved once again why they’re a good company.

Tivo let me know that I may experience problems with my cable service (and consequently their service) during this transition. That’s right, Tivo, the add-on, and not Comcast the cable provider, sent me this proactive notice in email. I suppose it’s possible that Comcast included this notice somewhere in their billing–but it wasn’t as clearly stated nor obvious as this Tivo email.

Clear communication and value add…
