Does this help?

Well, it’s for Coca-Cola. Do you find it hard to believe there aren’t any artificial flavors or preservatives in Coke.

Here’s the ingredient list.

  • Carbonated Water
  • High Fructose Corn Syrup
  • Caramel Color
  • Phosphoric Acid
  • Natural Flavors
  • Caffeine

I think that the use of corn syrup (vs. cane sugar), tests the limit of “artificial” and “flavors”. I believe corn syrup is significantly more processed, and less “natural” than the cane sugar it replaced in Coca-Cola sometime after 1985 (?, that’s a guess, I suppose I should search the Interweb for the answer).[/fusion_builder_column][/fusion_builder_row][/fusion_builder_container]
